1. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter the drawing for the prizes (the “Prize Drawings”) you must complete the DoGood Member Upcoming Project Information Form or Member Entry Form on specified landing pages. The following individuals are NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PRIZE DRAWING: (i) employees, officers, directors and agents of the member companies of DoGood, LLC, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their immediate families and those living in their households; (ii) employees, officers, directors and agents of the Prize Drawing sponsors, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their immediate families and those living in their household ; (iii) employees, officers, officials and agents of any government or any governmental body or any entity that is owned or controlled by a government; (iv) any employee or officer of a public international organization; (v) any individual currently seeking elected office in any country; (vi) any individual who is affiliated with a MyDoGood, LLC partnering organization, including but not limited to sponsors and suppliers, even if such individual is a registered member of MyDoGood, LLC; (vii) any individual whose company Code of Conduct prohibits the receipt of gifts in the context of business transactions. Please consult your own in-house counsel if you have questions about eligibility.

2. Term

The entry date(s) for the Prize Drawings will be 12:00 AM EST August 19th 2022, through 11:59 PM EST October 1st, 2022 (“Term”).

3. Host

MyDoGood, LLC, located at 14 Highpoint Rd, East Hampton, NY 11937, is the Sweepstakes Host (“Host”). The Host is solely responsible for the Prize Drawings and prize fulfillment.

4. Prize Sponsors

Prize Sponsors are not affiliated with the Host and are not responsible for the Prize Drawings or prize fulfillment.

5. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Prize Drawing is open to those eligible persons who complete the DoGood Project Information Form. To enter, eligible persons must submit answers to an online projects survey (“Entries”). According to Section 1 of these Official Sweepstakes Rules, all Entries are subject to review for eligibility. Each eligible person may only submit one (1) Entry. If the Host approves an Entry, eligible participants will receive one (1) entry into the Prize Drawing. All Entries become the property of the Host. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Information collected from participants is subject to Host’s Global Privacy Policy, available at: https://app.termly.io/document/privacy-policy/2574ccc7-15b7-4ad8-ad10-7ab81242cb2d 

Participants should be aware that the Host and Prize Sponsors may be collecting non-public, personally-identifiable information about them in connection with the operation of the Prize Drawing. Subject to applicable law, Host and Prize Sponsors, their agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, or service providers may use entrants’ personal information submitted with entry for purposes of prize fulfillment and/or for future marketing.

6. Winners

Prize winners will be announced via email within 7-10 days of the ending of the Sweepstakes term. Prize winners will be randomly selected using any method that is deemed by the Host as fair and just for all participants.  The Host reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Prizes

Prize Winners will receive the prizes listed on Exhibit A. The specifics of the prizes shall be solely determined by MyDoGood, LLC. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at MyDoGood, LLC’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all applicable taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Prizes do not include any travel expenses, personal expenses, or any other costs not specifically described in these Official Sweepstakes Rules as included in the prize and will be the responsibility of the Prize Winner and his/her guest(s).

8. Winner Notification

The Prize Winners will be announced via email. Prize Winners must claim their prize by following the directions in the notification email. The Host will not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify a Prize Winner. If the Prize Winner declines the prize, fails to claim the prize, fails to abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules, or is ineligible, the prize will be considered forfeited, and the Host may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries or else donate the prize to charity, at its sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, all participants and Prize Winner(s) hereby release the Host and the Prize Sponsor and their respective affiliates from and against any and all liability, including but not limited to, personal injury, death, damage or loss of property in any way arising from the Prize Drawing and the awarding, fulfillment, acceptance and use or misuse of the Prize. The Host and Prize Sponsor assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to Prize Drawing entries or entry forms, or alteration of Entries which may occur in the administration of the Prize Drawing or the processing of Entries.

10. Governing Law

This Prize Drawing and these Official Sweepstakes Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Exhibit A

A tangible prize is awarded to the winner of the drawing after the sweepstakes. The winner will receive an email from MyDoGood, LLC to select which prize they’d like to claim. 

Shipping charges do not apply, and the item selected will be shipped within 7-10 business days.

Winners must claim their prize within 30 calendar days after the event in which they won the prize. After 30 days, the winner will automatically forfeit their prize.
